Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If
you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your
purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in
accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Slovak Consumer Protection Act No.
108/2024.

How to Return an Item

To
initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Paw.Vibe0@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

2.   
Include your order number,
name, and reason for return.

3.   
We will provide you with
return instructions.

4.   
Ship the item back in its
original condition and packaging.

Return
shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived
damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once
we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or
rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your
original payment method within 14 days. Please allow additional time for your
bank or payment provider to post the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If
your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7

We
will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The
following items cannot be returned or refunded:

•      
Items that have been used,
washed, or altered

•      
Perishable goods

•      
Items returned after the
