How do I send my pet's name or photo?
After ordering, you'll receive a confirmation email with a form to fill in your pet's name or upload a photo.
What kind of photo should I send?
A clear, well-lit front-facing photo works best. Make sure the face is visible and the image is not blurry.
Can I see a preview before it's made?
We don't offer previews as each piece is handcrafted individually. If you're not happy with the result, we'll make it right.
Can I personalize for multiple pets?
Yes! Choose 2 or 4 pendants and we'll engrave each with a different pet.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 14 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking email.
Is shipping really free?

What material are the necklaces and bracelets made from?
All jewelry is made from 316L stainless steel — hypoallergenic, rust-proof, and built to last.
Is the engraving permanent? Will it fade?
Yes, all engravings are laser-etched and permanent. They won't fade or wash off.
Are the bowls safe for pets?
Yes. Our bowls are food-safe ceramic and dishwasher safe.
What size bowl should I choose?
14cm is ideal for cats and small dogs. 16cm suits medium to large dogs.
What is your return policy?
We don't accept returns on custom orders. If there's a defect or our mistake, we'll replace it or refund you fully.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
