Shipping Costs

Shipping
fees vary depending on your delivery destination and the number of items you
order. You can view the exact shipping cost by adding items to your cart,
proceeding to checkout, and entering your shipping address. The final shipping
fee will be calculated and displayed automatically before payment.

Where Do We Ship?

PawVibe
ships worldwide. We aim to deliver to as many countries as possible. Please
note that some remote locations or countries with import restrictions may not
be available at checkout.

Processing & Delivery Times

All
orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once
dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Standard Shipping: 7–15
business days

•      
Express Shipping (where
available): 3–7 business days

•      
Remote or rural locations:
up to 3–4 weeks

Please
note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by your local postal
service, public holidays, or customs processing. PawVibe is not responsible for
delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.

Order Tracking

Once
your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a
tracking number (where available). You can use this number to track your
package directly on the carrier's website.

Multiple Delivery Addresses

We
are unable to ship a single order to multiple addresses. If you need items
delivered to different addresses, please place separate orders for each
address.

PO Boxes

We
do ship to PO Boxes. However, we are unable to deliver to Military APO/FPO
addresses.

Customs, Duties & VAT

International
orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees upon arrival in
the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the
recipient. PawVibe has no control over these fees and cannot predict their
amount.

For
customers within the European Union: any applicable VAT will be displayed at
checkout.
